Digi-Post Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all Digi-Post services, including Buy For Me, Virtual Address, Parcel Consolidation, Storage, Parcel Forwarding, and Courier & Delivery Services. It does not replace the return policies of third-party retailers.
2. Third-Party Retailers
Products purchased through our Buy For Me service remain subject to the retailer’s own return, exchange, warranty, and refund policies. Digi-Post is not the manufacturer or retailer of these products.
3. Buy For Me Service Refunds
Service fees may be refunded only if Digi-Post is unable to complete the purchase due to our own error, the order cannot be processed before payment to the retailer, or a duplicate payment has been made. Once a purchase has been completed, the service fee is generally non-refundable.
4. Product Returns
Customers wishing to return an item should contact Digi-Post promptly. We will assist where possible, but retailer approval is required. Return shipping, customs charges, and restocking fees remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed by the retailer.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Products
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the parcel, shipping label, damaged item, and order details.
6. Lost Parcels
Where a parcel is lost while under Digi-Post's responsibility, we will investigate with the carrier. Compensation is subject to the carrier's policy, any purchased insurance, and applicable law.
7. Forwarding Fees
Forwarding, handling, packaging, storage, and shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatch has taken place.
8. Consolidation Service
Consolidation fees become non-refundable once parcels have been combined, repackaged, or prepared for shipment.
9. Virtual Address Service
Virtual Address subscription or service fees are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated, except where required by law.
10. Storage Fees
Storage fees are non-refundable once storage has commenced.
11. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and other government charges are not refundable by Digi-Post.
12. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before Digi-Post has completed the purchase. Afterwards, cancellations depend entirely on the retailer's policy.
13. Payment Errors
Billing issues should be reported within 30 days. Verified errors will be corrected promptly.
14. Fraud Prevention
Refunds may be refused in cases of suspected fraud, false information, altered documentation, or misuse of our services.
15. Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Payment provider processing times may vary.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Important Notice
Digi-Post provides logistics, purchasing assistance, parcel forwarding, consolidation, and virtual address services. We are not the seller, manufacturer, or retailer of goods purchased through third-party marketplaces unless explicitly stated otherwise.
