DigiPost Consolidation Service Terms &
Conditions

1. Service Description
The DigiPost Consolidation Service allows customers to combine multiple incoming packages into a
single shipment in order to reduce shipping costs, simplify delivery management, and improve
shipping efficiency.

2. Customer Authorization
By requesting consolidation, the customer authorizes DigiPost to open packages, inspect contents
for identification, remove unnecessary packaging, and repack products when required.

3. Original Packaging
Consolidation may require removal of retail boxes, promotional packaging, wrapping materials, and
excess fillers. Preservation of original packaging is not guaranteed.

4. Consolidation Requests
Only packages received and registered in the customer's account may be consolidated. DigiPost
may refuse requests involving prohibited items or safety concerns.

5. Storage Period
Packages may be stored for a limited period before consolidation. Storage fees may apply if no
shipping instructions are provided.

6. Weight and Size Changes
Final shipment dimensions and weight may change after consolidation. Shipping charges are based
on carrier rules and actual or volumetric weight.

7. Restricted Items
Dangerous goods, restricted batteries, flammable materials, perishables, oversized products, and
prohibited items may not be eligible for consolidation.

8. Loss and Damage
DigiPost exercises reasonable care during repacking but is not responsible for carrier-related loss,
customs delays, or cosmetic packaging changes.

9. Shipment After Consolidation
Once dispatched, shipping charges become non-refundable and consolidation requests cannot be
reversed.

10. Abandoned Packages
Packages left without instructions beyond the storage period may be disposed of, donated, or sold
to recover outstanding fees.

11. Limitation of Liability
DigiPost's liability is limited to the amount paid for the consolidation service associated with the
affected shipment.

12. Amendments
DigiPost reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
