DigiPost Virtual Address Service – Cancellation,
Return and Terms of Use

1. Service Description
DigiPost Virtual Address Service provides customers with delivery addresses at partner
warehouses and collection points in various countries. DigiPost is not the seller, manufacturer, or
importer of any products purchased by customers. Product orders, payments, warranties, returns,
and exchanges remain the responsibility of the original seller.

2. Prohibited and Restricted Items
The following items are prohibited or may require special approval: hazardous materials, flammable
or explosive products, weapons and ammunition, live animals, illegal goods, counterfeit products,
intellectual property infringing items, and any products restricted by shipping carriers or customs
regulations. DigiPost reserves the right to refuse, dispose of, or report such shipments.

3. Package Receiving
DigiPost may inspect the exterior condition of incoming packages but is not responsible for verifying
package contents. Customers are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the products
they purchase.

4. Storage Period
Packages are stored free of charge for a specified period. After this period, DigiPost may apply
storage fees, arrange shipment, dispose of the package, or refuse continued storage. Storage
periods and fees may be updated at any time.

5. Consolidation Service
Upon customer request, packages from multiple sellers may be combined into a single shipment.
Original packaging may be opened, repacked, or optimized to reduce shipping volume. DigiPost is
not responsible for manufacturer packaging changes resulting from consolidation.

6. Return Shipments
Customers may request the return of products to the seller, subject to the seller's return policy.
Shipping costs, taxes, customs charges, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DigiPost does not guarantee acceptance of returns by any seller.

7. Loss and Damage
DigiPost exercises reasonable care in handling shipments. However, DigiPost is not liable for
carrier-related loss or damage, customs delays, force majeure events, seller errors, incomplete
shipments, or manufacturing defects. Compensation claims are subject to the policies of the
relevant carrier.

8. Customs and Taxes
All import duties, VAT, customs fees, processing charges, and government-imposed costs are the
responsibility of the customer. DigiPost is not liable for customs assessments, penalties, or
additional charges imposed by authorities.

9. Abandoned Shipments
If a customer fails to provide shipping instructions or cannot be contacted, DigiPost may dispose of,
donate, sell, or otherwise liquidate the shipment after the applicable holding period. No
compensation will be provided for abandoned shipments.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
DigiPost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to false information, unpaid
balances, illegal activities, suspicious transactions, or violations of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DigiPost's liability exceed the service fees paid for the relevant
shipment. DigiPost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related
losses.

12. Amendments
DigiPost reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions become effective
upon publication on the DigiPost website or mobile application.
